I just wrapped up selling my home through Zillow Offers. The process was pretty straightforward with no unexpected issues, other than Zillow not securing HOA approval in writing and having to settle for verbal approval instead. That wasn’t really their fault, but it did cause a small hiccup.
We chose Zillow because it gave us a guaranteed buyer without the hassle of showings. The ability to pick our own closing date and line it up with the purchase of our new home made things so much easier. You do have to weigh whether that extra 1% is worth it, but for us, the convenience and certainty definitely were.
