I had a really good experience using Houzeo. My home sold for $965K, and since I’m experienced in real estate, all I really needed was the MLS listing. If you’re not as experienced, I’d recommend working with a full agent for the extra hand-holding—that’s what you’re paying for.
Similar to others, I hired my own photographer, paid 3% to the buyer’s agent, and ended up saving nearly $27K by listing myself through Houzeo. I’m based in the Atlanta area, so I can only speak to the GA market, but for me it worked out great.
