They came in and purposely lowballed the value of my home while marketing it in the worst way. No professional photos, no real effort to hold an open house—they just leaned on their commercials to get attention.

What shocked me most was that they tried to convince us to list our home for $80K less than the lowest-priced home in our association. When we interviewed other realtors, they recommended pricing our home at nearly $100K more than what 72Sold suggested.

To me, it felt shady and unprofessional. They seemed unprepared and more focused on pushing their “system” than actually getting sellers the best value.
