Knock repeatedly and severely mismanaged the closing of my house, which ultimately forced the buyer to cancel the purchase agreement. The best way to describe their services would be devastatingly incompetent. To make matters worse, they lied about what happened, then lied about fixing it, and even lied about removing the people responsible from my account.
