I bought a house from Handsome Homebuyer, and honestly, it came with a ton of issues. During the inspection and negotiation process, I requested that several things be fixed, but almost all of them were turned down.
Most of the repairs I asked for weren’t major—many would have been simple to take care of. But instead, I was left dealing with serious problems like mold and a leaky roof that had only been “quick-fixed” before the sale. Out of the entire list of concerns, his team only agreed to fix one thing—and, of course, it was the cheapest item on the list.
If you’re considering buying from him, make sure you get the home inspected thoroughly and be prepared to handle repairs yourself. My current home was purchased from him, and it came with a laundry list of issues that I had to take care of after closing.
