I’m about to sue these people for harassment. They call almost every day trying to buy with an extremely low cash offer. I have told them NO one thousand times. They are hoping because I am elderly they can catch me having dementia or something. They have tried ALL possible pitches to take advantage of the elderly on me. It is extremely bothersome to go to the phone with mobility issues to tell them no every damn day. Don’t start with them! If you are desperate to move and want to sell your house for a song, sell it to a friend or family member. These people ruthlessly hound you, not caring if their low offers make you homeless in the future…as i have told them many times it would. NOT GOOD PEOPLE, NOT CARING, NASTY NASTY NASTY!
